Name: Rakurui
Symbol:Description/Abilities:The Rakurui Kekkai Genkai is a very technical one. Requiring precise chakra control, and talent in the arts of Fuuinjutsu and Space-time techniques. From birth locked inside of the child is a pocket dimension similar to that is locked inside of a summoning scroll. After the birth of the ninja, they are taken to a secret clan location where seals are placed all over their body, excluding their face, hands and feet. These seals operate as two way doors. One leads in, the other leads outward. When the child matures he is able to draw things into his body, locking them away permanently if the user wishes too. Though, there are many problems utilizing this technique. Overuse of this technique can leave the user drained of all chakra, sealing objects of immense height prevent movement from the user until the pocket dimension becomes accustomed to the object being sealed. A recharge period is required.
Part of the Rakurui’s Kekkai Genkai, the user is given the ability to absorb nearly anything. This jutsu requires no hand seals, which is useful for instant defense. The drawbacks of this jutsu are many. It can only be used once after an extended interval. (2 Posts) During which, he can’t use any Ninjutsu, Genjutsu or Fuuinjutsu. Another drawback is that the more he uses the jutsu the weaker it becomes. At first use it can be as strong as a tornado, the second time, it will be substantially weaker, the third time will be that of a gust of wind drawing the target in, if used five times (which is the maximum) it will have the power of someone drawing in their breath. This can be better used if the attack is already coming towards the user. They can suck in the attack through their hands, or their whole body if need be. Another drawback is that the absorption of Katon or Raiton techniques its not permanent, and unless unsealed it could cause internal harm to Hitori.
The user also has the ability to seal things permanently with in their body, where the various sealing tattoos on their body comes into play. When ever they want they can draw this object out to use in a battle. The amount of space in a battle that can be held is believed to be limitless, as it has never been truly tested. The only person who actually experimented the power of this bloodline, died from attempting to absorb a skyscraper of building, and then fire it out again. And much of the limits are up for speculation. Though the user will have no problem absorbing monumentous ninjutsu, it’s expunging it that’s the problem, doing so might have a backlash effect on the user as the object is being removed forcefully from the users body, a painful and deadly process. Caution is advised.
Yet another drawback, is the fact that the more chakra used to absorb something, the longer the waiting period is too recover and use it again. While absorbing a shuriken might take up one post, absorbing something as large as say… a lake, would take a much longer time to recharge.

History:The start of the clan is a mystery as is the rest of the clan. But most of the stories have a single reoccuring theme. It seemed almost two centuries before, the start of the clan began. A man that had perfected space and time jutsu was gathering a congregation of followers. People that wished to learn his talent and have skills as great as his. He taught those he thought were strong enough tattooing a line of symbols over their right eye. The man gave them the name Rakurui, meaning shedding tears which was what the symbols over and under the eye looked like. Over the course of a year people from multiple different countries had become Rakurui, they numbered over one hundred people.
Legend is past down from generation to generation and is hard to seperate fact from fiction. They say that the creator of the clan was a man of a thousand faces, that he could appear anywhere at any time. His name was Inbi. They said his true form was a man covered in tattoos and that he and his family were known throughout the land as great warriors. When wars were started they were the ones who ended it. They were known as the best mercenaries, anyone entering their clan were branded with the same seal so that they would be known as one of the Rakurui. But in the days of old, people were afraid of their power, and despising their ways. They were warriors of no real limits. They were said to have no honor by those that weren't among them, though in truth they were very dignified, working together in a strange way.
Inbi was a just leader, as said by most, he rarely fought, instead scaring opponents with a show of his strength which was said to be extraordinary. He taught his underlings the abilities that he had, making them as powerful as him, as their powers became known. They rarely fought. Though most were afraid of seeing them. Their tattoos were enough to tell people of their heritage. They were thought to control dark magic, or being controlled by demons, people knew only to hide when they saw them. They were often cast from towns and were forced to become nomads, not earning their keep, and taking odd jobs that no one really wanted. Anything to earn money. Inbi told them that they would use their money to form their own country outside of the Fire Country, but it never came to fruition, somehow it seemed as if Inbi knew this, he planned to have a successor to overtake him, even though he never had any children, and told his second in command what to do should he perish.
Meanwhile, the Daimyo of the Fire Country was under fire from many of his officials, told that the Rakurui Clan were out to kill him, and that if allowed to grow in strength they might kill him. The Daimyo chose to kill the man before Inbi could kill him. The man that led the Rakurui Clan was invited to dinner with the Daimyo of the Fire Country. This may have seemed odd, but the Daimyo wanted to add the Rakurui Clan to Konohagakure's ninjas, Inbi agreed, though this was never to be. There he was poisoned. The Rakurui Clan waited seven days and nights for their leader to return, but he never did. Without the leader of their family the Rakurui's were angered, knowing that he had been killed. They rioted in the streets of the Fire Countrie's capital city. Guards attempted to detain them but their powers were too much for them, for weeks they fought, with only low intervals of rest, ninjas came and attacked when they were weak, and finally, they were forced to leave.
Their numbers dwindled until there weren't hundreds anymore but simply tens and ate very rare times, dozens. They broke apart, Inbi was dead and so was his successor. Each one of them thought their family should lead, and without anyone to bring them together, they seperated, not being called a clan anymore but being simply a multitude of families, many of them forgetting the noble ways of their clan, but regressing to the attitude of a normal family. Some of them, branded off their tattoos, choosing to turn away from their past and not wanting to be hunted by the Fire Country ninja. Some wore their tattoos proudly and were killed for this, made an example for the others. The Daimyo wanted everything about them to be destroyed, they burned away their existence from history books, their names omitted once the wreckage from their attack was cleaned up, only vague memories were left in some villagers.
Slowly, they became fewer and fewer. Most dying off from disease, or just scattering to different lands. Forgetting their roots as Rakurui Clan members. Though there was one or two families of very little members that kept too the old ways, most of them forgotten as Rakurui, they were no longer hunted and thought to have been extingushed long ago. The last remaining root of the Rakurui grand tree, with the Fire Country forgetting about the power of the Rakurui, the end of the mighty tree was soon to come. Those that stuck to the old ways covered their seals, unable to do much else, but to avoid capture, and live on to bring back the old ways of the Rakurui. Some have migrated too the ninja village of Konoha, in hopes of bringing honor to their disgraced Clan.
