It was brought to my attention that some people have been deliberately manipulating there points through making a post and deleting it immediately after. One member has been banned for this and another removed from staff. If you are caught doing this you will be Banned Immediately.

Kira has been replaced with Makai Kisai due to inactivity.

Its been decided that the Rinnegan is now banned as a possible implantation. it requires heredity to function.
