The Honorable Mea Clan KonohaGUARDIANS OF KONOHAThe Honorable Mea Clan Konoha-1

Clan History
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
A good man draws a circle around himself and cares for those within. His woman, his children. Other men draw a larger circle and bring within their brothers and sisters. But some men have a great destiny. They must draw around themselves a circle that includes many, many more.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
The Mea Clan was founded long ago by the one Mea Ryoma. He was a man from the Hidden Waterfall Country, and possessed many abilities. He was not however a shinobi, unlike his wife Anzore. And while Ryoma was not a ninja in any capacity his wife did instruct the following generation of the clan in the ninja arts with his full support. Later in life however Ryoma handled the transition to a ninja clan very easily. After leaving their home village of unknown origins the newly married family set out towards new pastures. One day, they built a home near the outskirts of the Fire Countries forest boundaries. Ryoma had however left his home, and his friends behind, and this gave him great turmoil. It is from that day that the Mea Clan Timeline begins. Ryoma came across a shrine while on the way to begin building his new home, a statue of the God Matsuro. It was a simple statue caught in a grove of trees, but this small statue spawned all the power the clan posses. He prayed to the god for his friends to find him, and low and behold they came the next morning in droves. Together they would grow as their caravan moved forward until finally finding a safe ground 5 months later. 20 families in total, came and joined the small Mea Settlement. It was from then on that they became known as the Mea Clan; in honor of their friend that ad brought them all together at last. Matsuro’s blessing continued however with the next generation. Each baby was born with a blue diamond on its chest, each differing in its shape slightly. This was the beginning of the clan, and all spawned from this generation.

From this generation came Zen’s direct line to Mea Ryoma, and his brothers, sisters, and cousins. Each was considered a Mea if born on the sacred ground and blessed with the Symbol of the Clan, the Blue Diamond. Ryoma’s son Ryomo was taught the ways of the ninja from his mother, and he took to it exceedingly well. Though not much else is known about the mysterious man, it is known that he formed a group of Mea Clan members and developed most of the techniques possessed by the clan. A militant man he began the change of the clan into a ninja clan using their talents given to them by Matsuro. He would pass that drive and commitment on to his own child.

A generation later, a man named Mea Ryoa joined the village of Konoha. This was unheard of, as the Clan always lived on the Settlement near the countries boundaries. He was not the first ninja of the village, as members had long since practiced these arts because of Ryomo’s training. However, he was the first to join the new village Konoha. Not long after its birth Konoha fell under attack, and was in desperate need of reinforcements. Already wounded, Ryoa could barely move, but was somehow able to return to the settlement. With a heartfelt speech he rallied the clan, and they took off full speed to Konoha. With the Clan’s help Konoha was defended, and they officially joined the new ninja village. In respect, the first Hokage gave the clan a special sword, named the Leaf’s Blessing, and from there the two bodies became intertwined. Konoha and Mea became one. However, tension between the Mea and the Hyuuga created a small civil war at one point, only to be resolved by the Second Hokage, and a pair of friends from the clans.

More on Ryoa though is spoken, as it was he that built on his father Ryomo’s ideals and turned the clan into a ninja clan. He was a statesmen in many regards and a great leader. Following tradition however Ryoa’s son Ryo finished the transformation into a true clan of ninja with his father’s help. It was only then that the Clan could feel like true clan of the nation, at for the last 50 years the Mea Clan has supported Konoha without wavering. Now, the clan remains on the Settlement, but once they are old enough the children are sent to Konoha to be taught. After graduating they return to the Settlement, and are trained in the Mea Arts, and take their test of Adulthood. Once they pass; the member is set free to enjoy the world. But, once the member has a child, they must return to the Settlement in order to be rewarded the Blue Diamond. With the new Hokage, Mea Zen in charge however the clan has seen an increase in their use and is now one of the staple clans of the nation, along with their old rivals the Hyuuga.

Summation:

The Clan is about 175 years old at this point. The Mea Clan lives by themselves now, working the land and living almost peacefully. They are however one with Konoha, and act as its northern shield Being very fast to deploy they are the ones sent to defend from northern invaders. All members are at one time Shinobi of Konoha. The Clan consists of nearly 600 members. Two dozen are council members, a few more dozen shinobi in training before or after the academy graduation, the rest are ninja of Konoha, past or present, depending on the family situation. Anyone not able to pass the test of the Blue Diamond however do not join the Shinobi ranks, and work with the other members in the farms or other needed jobs. However, they are treated no less than the other members. The other members of the clan not wanting to fight however are given access to the Mea Temple, a much more peaceful place in Kumo where the clan can be peaceful. The Highest values of the clan are simple, honesty, loyalty, and faith. Every member has been taught these virtues, and they are very prominent. They consider ever man woman and child who fights for their family or those they care about to be a hero. Hate and greed are the sins of outsiders. Anyone that shows these signs is removed from the clan, never to return. The Leading Member of the Clan is Mea Ryo, the great grandson of the Founder Mea Ryoma. Mea Ryo is also the father of Mea Zen, who has become a fine man in his own right, the newest Hokage of Konoha. Recently however a clan known formerly as the Keepers has joined the Mea Clan and in doing such the clan has swelled in size greatly.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________
Aoi Kongouseki: Blue Diamond/ appearance of a Blue diamond on the chest. A second chakra network and a sealed "gate" inside the body.

The Blue Diamond is a second chakra system that supports the first. This system uses the same Tenketsu as the normal chakra network, but the source is different. Like the Legendary Naruto Uzumaki, the chakra comes from a different source inside the body. The seal is the diamond pattern itself; the source is the Mea Clan Gate inside each member. In the mind of the user, it appears as a simple door, made of a deep brown wood. Very majestic in is look, it has gold fastenings, and a large clamp, in the shape of the Matsuro, the God of Fate.

It is the activation of the Blue Diamond that eases the door open. The Clan member will speak to the door, and it will open itself. Behind the door is where the power truly comes from, and a deep power it is. The strength of the Clan is literally the strength of the clan. Behind the gate is a pool of the Clan’s chakra, of which each member has a part in. The ability in opening the door is to draw from this pool of chakra. So, in conjunction to the original chakra network, the second network known as the Clan Network can be use by all members, and that chakra has its own abilities.

The chakra itself is very malleable, and can be used as the weapon itself, due to the mass that can be generated by the entire clan’s chakra. In addition, it has a few abilities that are innate, knows as both the Chakra Goken and Chakra Cloaking technique, the two base Jutsu. The Goken releasing the chakra outwards via the body, the Cloaking pulling the chakra inside the gate. The chakra can also be used to enhance the body, create weapons and tools, as well as complete otherwise impossible tasks, like controlling the chakra of another.

However, the chakra is not the only weapon that the gate grants the Mea Clan. The Gate itself is a weapon in its own right, as can be seen in the chakra Clocking Jutsu. Also however, by opening and using the gate one can accomplish many things. Clan members can communicate or located. But, best of all, one can disappear inside the gate, and reopen it somewhere close by, completing an instant teleportation. However, after the bloodline is mastered, the ability to sense Mea members is constant due to the ajar door within them. Also, the release of the chakra; otherwise known as the opening of the Gate can be beneficial. When the chakra is released into the body, it washes out the old chakra in use, keeping the Clan member high in the stamina department. However, this can have a second effect; the cleansing of the minds chakra. I doing so, the Mea Clan member efficiently can remove himself from a Genjutsu.

However such power is not so easily used. For all the benefits one receives from the Blue Diamond it has weaknesses. To begin, chakra is needed to open or shut the gate however small or large the user can move its great doors. The process is dangerous in that lose of concentration can result in damage to the individuals chakra network and possibly ruin the flow between the two networks. This would mean that if the user tried to draw too much chakra they would feel as though there tenketsu were on fire throughout their own body. Though while the gate is open one must give a small amount of chakra to keep it that way, and the sustained effect has very little positive aspects. Yes it slowly heals the body and can rejuvenate the user. But, if one losses focus the gate will close, or even worse be stuck in place, in which chakra will be wasted. In addition it is very dangerous to actually enter the gate as they do in a few techniques. While they are inside the gate mentally they draw strength from their own body. A clan member can only enter the gate for a few second to a minute. While using this technique the ninja’s body slowly deteriorates, meaning that they would slowly destroy their own muscles. Finally, the Mea clan member cannot use elemental chakra while using the Mea Clan chakra. Only continued practice can increase ones skill with the Gate and allow them further access to its secrets. Over-use could also shut or freeze the gate though if one used too much chakra. However if one knows their own limits they have nothing to fear.

Indeed, this Blue Diamond is formidable, but it is indeed guarded. As a young child, the clan members are trained in small steps to “open the door”. It culminates with the Room of Seclusion, and the opening of the Mea Clan Gate. Afterwards, the clan member will have to fight three of his/her peers at the same time, and if they are successful they are considered an adult. This does not however mean by any circumstance that they have mastered the bloodline. As they grow, the door can be opened more and more, until finally it will open up completely, revealing all to the clan member. Once that is done, the final ability of the clan is realized. For better or worse, the clan member will never have to use a hand seal again. The gate will always remain partially ajar, and can be used in varying amounts. The greatest example is the control ability, leading to the unneeded use of handsigns. But, only training and adulthood can fully open the door, and that itself is one of the goals of the clan, to grow.
~~~
Generally speaking, when the Mea Clan Gate is released, the users hand will stand on end, and chakra will rush around their body, using forming at the feet. Their hair will seemingly float and wave in a non-existent pool of water, and their clothes tend to have the same effect. The fingernails of the user will turn blue, and the eyes of the user turn completely blue as well, with no visible white. Stronger techniques tend to cover the body in blue tattoos that glow with a strange light, and even stronger techniques turn the users hair blue. Depending on the skill of the user, the techniques of the Mea Clan will look slightly different, as will the transformations. While some will change in appearance as the clan abilities are used, others will release varying amounts of chakra, with some releasing so much that the very activation of the bloodline can knock back enemies.
~~~
Second Chakra Network: Sealed away inside the user upon birth. Shared chakra source for the entire clan, prodived too by every member living and dead of the clan. The chakra within this pool is exceptionally malleable. Abilities tend to work on two different wavelengths, one by pulling chakra out of the gate for techniques, the other by placing themselves inside the gate for short durations, or pushing chakra into the gate for strange effects. Additionally, the chakra can also be used to enhance the body, create weapons and tools, as well as complete otherwise impossible tasks, like controlling the chakra of another.

Clan members can communicate or located. When the chakra is released into the body, at the start of the technique, it washes out the old chakra in use, keeping the Clan member high in the stamina department. However, this can have a second effect; the cleansing of the minds chakra. I doing so, the Mea Clan member efficiently can remove himself from a Genjutsu.

The users normal chakra is needed to open, or shut the gate, and concentration is needed to keep the door open, meaning that a great deal of training is needed to keep the gate opened for extended periods of time. Failure during the technique can cause the door to remain open, wasting chakra, or it could close, which would end the technique and force the user to wait until the gate could be opened again. Also, the amount of chakra that can be drawn from the Mea Clan Gate is determined by skill of the user, and if the user tried to draw too much chakra, their tenketsu would inflame and burn. While using the Mea Clan Gate, no elemental techniques can be used.

Diamonds in the rough, Scattered throughout the land
_____________________________________________________________________________________________

-Population- (Class: A) - The clan is indeed one large family, and they work as such. The elders act as a council, were the adults vote on policy. After learning the bloodline the child is sent to Konoha and becomes a ninja for Konoha, in which they must serve two years of service. If they are not inclined to be a ninja then they are given another job of their choosing within one of the two known bases. Once an individual completes the rite of passage he/she is considered an adult. This is done by defeating three opponents in battle simultaneously. Once adulthood is reached, you may find a life partner of your choice and forge a family. Later, that family will join the clan, and the process begins over.
-Profession- (Farming/Shinobi) – The Mea Clan consists mainly of Farmers, and it always has. However, the impressive nature of their shinobi prowess is so intense that they are known to the world mostly as ninja. They act as Konoha’s northern defence, mainly from the village of Iwa and other northern villages of ill repute. The bloodline is incredibly effective in that regard, but as for farming it gives them no aid. However, they are very proud of both aspects that make up their clan, and they respect all members equally, as one could not get far without the other. But, that has not disputes in the past, but it does mediate them. With the additions of the Keepers, the Mea have had an influx of trading, but it is not so much that it is their main specialty just yet.

-Clan Founder- The Father of Mea Zen, and the Current Leader of the Mea Clan. Is said to have mastered every Mea clan Jutsu, and is the hardest trainer in Konoha, Zen will attest to this. The true intrigue of Ryo’s story however is his complete turn of the clan. The Mea Clan had become a very weak clan in Konoha with more peasants than ninja when he took the reins from his father at a young age. However, over the last 50 years or so Ryo has completed the conversion his father laid before him and using his father’s policies turn the clan into a ninja clan first.
-Clan Training- The Blue Diamond - The simplest of the moves is the activation of the clan’s bloodline, the Aoi Kongouseki. This is done by focusing ones chakra. This in mind, they enter a world of their own. Inside here, is a doorway, guarded by the spirits of their ancestors. They ask for help, and the door swings open, granting them access to the power of their bloodline; their second chakra system. This process begins before the clan member becomes an Academy student. They are taught it very basics and encouraged to practice on their own, learning to look inside themselves and visualize the gate. Then, after they pass the academy they are sent back to the compound for six months time in which to open the Mea Gate. After that, they gain access to the bloodline and return to Konoha as a Genin. They must serve two years as a shinobi of Konoha if they take the ninja’s path, but that is all that is required.
-Clan Politics- Name of Leader(s) - The Clan is headed by the strongest member, and he acts as the council head along with the other members. That strongest member that leads the clan is simply known as the Clan Leader. Up to this point all four of the leaders have come from the Head Line spawning from Mea Ryoma. The Leaders were each given a title that signifies their policies. The Leader has the final say in policy and is the catalyst for making policies, while the Elders guide him and the Adults vote into action. The Leader is allowed his choice in clothes, but the insignia of the Clan must be present and viewable, and he allowed the Hat worn by Mea Ryoma on that fateful day in the forest. This rice hat is an important symbol in the clan, and those of high esteem emulate it with smaller, colored rice hats.

Up until now the four leaders have been;

Mea Ryoma: The Father and Founder
Mea Ryomo: The Unknown Shinobi
Mea Ryoa: The Shinobi of Konoha
Mea Ryo: The Blessing and Prophet

_____________________________________________________________________________________________
-Clan Who's Who- Mea Ryoma: Clans founder and Mea Zen’s Great Great Grandfather. He prayed to the god Matsuro and received the blue diamond. He was said to be a man have wondrous honor. He now resides as a ghastly apparition in the Mea Shrine located within the Waterfall Country. However, Ryoma was not a shinobi but a simply farmer, so his wife Anzore was much more vital to the shinobi cause.

Mea Anzore: The kunoichi who married Mea Ryoma shortly before they left their unknown village to make a new life for themselves. She was a skilled ninja helped their son Mea Ryomo understand the concept of being a shinobi, which as we know was a catalyst for his own development. It is also said she possessed more skill than is known.

Mea Ryomo: Known as the Unknown Shinobi, Mea Ryomo took the teachings from his mother and he alone with the help of a selected group of other that had learned from Anzore created most of the Mea Clan Jutsu. Most about his policies and actions are clouded in mystery other than his creation of the Jutsu and the development of a fighting clan through his own designs.

Mea Ryoa: Mea Zen’s grandfather and the man who helped the Mea join the village of Konoha. He was not the strongest of warriors, but he led the Mea into battle on the day that Konoha was first tested. The son of Ryomo his generation was crafted into ninja and that is quoted to be the reason the clan dawned its power today. Ryoa was a statesmen, and learning from Konoha brought the clan into power. He was granted the Leader position after this, and fathered a son, Mea Ryo.

Mea Ryo: The Father of Mea Zen, and the Current Leader of the Mea Clan.

Mea Anda: Older brother of Mea Zen and a master of water Jutsu. He honored the Clan by retrieving the Leaf’s Blessing after it was stolen. However, he brought shame upon his clan after leaving to form his own organization. Nothing more is known.

Mea Zen: Sannin of Konoha and the Shindaime Hokage. He is the newest start of the Mea Clan, having mastered a large portion of the clan’s moves. He is most famous however for his tried and true Mea attitude. Calm, yet funny, and loyal as hell. His story is still developing. Known as one of the Three Cousins

Mea Akira: A Cousin of Mea Zen and a Jounin of Konoha. He is a spacey character with a large figure who is known as one of the Three Cousins. He serves as a right hand man to Zen in Mea operations, he would not work without him.

Mea Fuushi:A hero from the Konoha-Kumo Conflict a few years before the return of Mea Zen at the age of 15. He almost singlehandedly changed the course of history in defeating Kumo, drawing the famous cease-fire that was later worked into a peace treaty. He left the service of Konoha however to escape the nightmares of his actions. Moving to Suna he would not return until called upon by his younger cousin Zen. A funny character that is prone to drinking and women he is known as one of the Three Cousins.

Mea Kazuo: Kazuo is the Leader of the Mea Temple, he is a very pious man and a renown priest. Not known for being a warrior he served the village of Konoha as a Genin for two years. However, his power with Fuuninjutsu is almost unparallel which is all self-taught from his time as a priest. Much is unknown about his skills but he is without question a Mea in temperament an attitude. His manner of speaking is known to both rouse and calm as well.

Mea Okaeshi:A former Elder of the clan Okaeshi went missing nearly 15 years ago without an apparent reason. He wields a devastating pole-arm and is one of the most physically domineering Mea in the Clan. The reasons for his return are also unknown but it is widely unknown at this point, which suits him for now. His temperament and attitude are chaotic and sporadic, while his foul mouth is very sharp.

-Relationship to the Player's Character- The Mea Clan has always supported one another. However, they understand that members must strike out and find their own path. However, you always remember the family; always. Zen, after becoming a ‘Man’ by Mea standards has set out on his path. He will not have to return until he has children, and he can enjoy his life until then. However, Zen did return we had his twins and so did Zen’s best friend Long Fei for the birth of his daughter. Now, with Mea Zen as the Shindaime Hokage the Clan has become vastly important to Konoha as an asset at all levels, much like the Hyuuga are or the Uchiha were, one of the villages staple clans if you would. Zen works with his father Ryo to maintain a healthy relationship to keep the village happy with the clan.

-Database Information-
The Mea Compound

A large Gate separates the world for the compound. However in good faith the clan has thrown open its gates to the Nation of Fire. As you come onto the gates of the Mea compound, the gate is open to welcome any visitors that might come to have a stay at the compound. Walking into the city-compound you will be able to feel the change in the mood. A quarry has given birth to a great deal of stone and brick that create the homes of the village. The streets are made of cobble and marble that mix eloquently together to cast its own essence up at the sky. Trees were planted throughout it many years ago that have grown into large shade-producing giants. A series of streets and tiny gardens fill the city with beauty. The houses are made of a light brick casting a red hue to the city, The homes each have a slight difference that makes them seem unique but at the same time, making it hard to tell the different houses from each other unless you are versed in the compound. The buildings are all two stories high and rather square-ish. On the streetlights flags displaying the Mea Clan symbol have been hung. The houses come right up to the street with no sidewalk, as if the city was crammed into this small world.

The center of town is a circular meeting point with a large statue and fountain. It is the Second Hokage and the former leaders of the Hyuuga and Uchiha Clans meeting with Mea Ryoa, the first ninja of the clan to officially join Konoha. This place holds importance to the clan and is greatly maintained. If you continue along the road, you come onto another street, but this one has a large building sent on it, that building is clearly the training area for the whole clan. It is a large dome that lies near the center of the compound off to the west and is not only the training area but a place of great ceremonial importance. It is where the academy level ninja’s are taught to use the Blue Diamond and the young masters of the clan are taught its secrets. They say that hidden within that dome is the actual Mea Gate.

In the South East section of the compound there is stone roof that leads into a depression in the ground. A small amount of mist builds there in this sacred ground. Here lies the cemetery for the fallen clan members. Stone tablets and adorned wooden ones rest in perfect harmony around this small pond-like area. At the back rests currently three strong stone tombs. They are leaned up against the edge of the wall and look out at the rest of the cemetery. Around the cemetery there is more room that is unused thanks to Matsuro’s blessing of strength.

North and East of the Fountain a few blocks is a large Amphitheater built as a meeting point for the clan. It has a half-sphere on one end and sitting on its other half that slope progressively downward. The stage is adorned with the Blue Diamond and flags of the Fire Country and of Konoha. Continuing north still you reach the river. Even a mill sits on it near the wall. This pristine river has a few tributaries built into it to run water to the rest of the compound. A few bridges reach over the river and to a set of fields that are farmed as able as possible. A few oxen are also seen eating happily in these dozen acres. The area all around the river is free of stone and hence is the perfect place for children. Of course, you can’t miss the sound of children playing in a small play area right by the river and set up behind the houses.

Now over the last few years a clan former known as the Keepers from Otogakure decided to join the Mea Clan like some had done before. In doing such they decided to leave behind old ways a joined with the Mea on all accounts. Over these last few years the two groups have become very close and with the birth of many new Mea children the clans have become one. To accommodate this huge increase in size the clan has built another wall around its city and extended itself a few hundred feet into the large plan that surrounds the complex by hacking away trees and buildings homes via those trees and the old quarry near the compound. Within the hundred foot gap between the two walls farm land was formed through tilling and houses were built for those that wish to farm there. Made of stone as well these homes are plotted on large blocks of stone and built from that point, the area around their homes used for as much fertile land as possible. Within the city however the streets have been filled so that most of the former land is used, you would now be hard pressed to build any more homes within the Old Compound. The grand size now of the city is roughly a third of Konoha.

As you finally move towards the northern most edge of the compound, you notice something that you had missed before, a garden, and not a small one, but a huge garden, one that usually only very rich people have. It has clearly been well taken care of, and even now you could see someone pulling weeds from the flowerbeds. The Compound seems to funnel to this point where stands slightly-larger-than-life Statues of each leader of the Mea Clan. From Ryoma to the current Ryo the four great leaders stand proudly in a shrine of marble. They stand without a ceiling, gazing out at their people. Surrounded by flowers and trees they are the symbols that guide the Mea Clan. Directly behind them is a huge gate with gold fastenings. It may not be the Mea Clan Gate, but it is the shrine of Matsuro, the god that gave the Mea their gifts. He needs nothing other than that, and that is enough for the Mea.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________
The Mea Temple

The pristine appeal of the Kumo countryside hides a small stone path hidden in the crags of a split mountain. It was exceptionally narrow, with a space that is not even large enough to fit a squad of ninja standing shoulder to shoulder. And the bottom of this hidden path is a miniscule shrine no bigger than a single room. It is stone with a wooden roof. The stone itself is like a cobble in appearance along with some brick, the brick is the building and the surrounding few statues are marble. It looks so unimportant here in this hidden space away from the world.

The small, one room shrine has a golden faceted door at one end with a small statue of Matsuro before it. Tapestries of blue and white all around. The place is guarded with hidden doors protected by blue diamond marks, only open-able by a clansmen or a large blast. A small stairwell rests below the first hidden door opens a path lit with blue and white Chinese lanterns.

This place down the stairs is as serene as the shrine above but much nicer in its look and glamour. White lights as well as blue tapestries hang on the walls and ceiling. The floor here is stone, but throughout the complex that changes with the room. This temple is nearly as large as a small town built into the side of this mountain. It has a few atriums, pools, all open to let in the natural light and air, bedrooms, a mass of shrines and statues, and of course this great hall with a few large tables and nice chairs throughout.

This complex had been built during one of the Mea growing periods that followed the estranged fight between the future leader of the Falcon Clan and the future leader of the Mea Clan. A healthy relationship had formed, and the then leader of the Mea, a man named Ryoa took it upon himself to build this hear as a meeting point between the two clans. Over the 50 years it had become the destination for the members of the clan traveling through Kumo and beyond, as well as the temple where those priests to Matsuro and Elders of the Mea remained, as well as a collection of friendly scholars and patrons who had bore Mea children.

Through a few more hidden paths is the study of the temples leader. It is a square room with a raised back side that rises into a circular platform, and carpeted for good measure. This place is like the Mea Compound of Konoha, but it is built for the Falcon Clan as well as other friendly clans as well. The people here also do not like to fight, they consist mostly of clan members who disdain battle and so are not objected to it.

The atrium that is within the temple has no roof above them the walls of the ‘cave’ curves up before stopping like a wide-lidded tea pot. It is like a small forest and jungle lives together here, and has been groomed into a park. Benches, chairs, open lawns, birds on perches and in the trees, the sky and the ground.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________
The Origin Shrine

Within an unseen trap of countless feet, hidden in the deep brush within the Waterfall Country lies a secluded glade. The wood was is thick around it that one feels encased in bramble and trees. But, what looked like sunlight beamed inside of it, lightening the outside, but leaving the shadowed and cooled safe haven alone. It is like a long hallway, and far off at the end was a single small statue.

A simple, child sized statue of the God of Fate, Matsuro. Laid at the statues feet is a small string of white beads and a scroll. When one touches the shrine, a rush of blue surrounds you like a new world is forming around you forged by the chakra of this statue. The blue magic seeps all around building and building, forming walls and halls. This world of new white stone and blue tapestries has a raised platform before you holds the real altar. It looms with a large door and gold fastenings. It is grand, but not pompous to look at, the motif is very nice.

This gate acts as a mirror to speak with former members of the clan. This can be done already by higher ranking members with intimate knowledge of the bloodline. But, in this place everyone in the clan is given the ability, they can see and speak with their family once more. Though this gate is connected to the gate nothing can go inside of this door, meaning one can only go out of it. Where it relates inside of Matsuro’s realm we are also unaware.

While they are inside the gate mentally they draw strength from there own body. A clan member can only enter the gate for a few second to a minute. While using this technique the ninja’s body slowly deteriorates, meaning that they would slowly destroy their own muscles. Finally, the Mea clan member can not use elemental chakra while using the Mea Clan chakra.

Only continued practice can increase ones skill with the Gate and allow them further access to its secrets. If one were to over-exert themselves with the gate activated they could cause physical damage to the body, though fortunately not the two chakra networks.

~~~~~~
Generally speaking, when the Mea Clan Gate is released, the users hand will stand on end, and chakra will rush around their body, using forming at the feet. Their hair will seemingly float and wave in a non-existent pool of water, and their clothes tend to have the same effect. The fingernails of the user will turn blue, and the eyes of the user turn completely blue as well, with no visible white. Stronger techniques tend to cover the body in blue tattoos that glow with a strange light, and even stronger techniques turn the users hair blue. Depending on the skill of the user, the techniques of the Mea Clan will look slightly different, as will the transformations. While some will change in appearance as the clan abilities are used, others will release varying amounts of chakra, with some releasing so much that the very activation of the bloodline can knock back enemies.
~~~~~~

Second Chakra Network: Sealed away inside the user upon birth. Shared chakra source for the entire clan, provided too by every member living and dead of the clan. The chakra within this pool is exceptionally malleable. Abilities tend to work on two different wavelengths, one by pulling chakra out of the gate for techniques, the other by placing themselves inside the gate for short durations, or pushing chakra into the gate for strange effects. The chakra pulled out of the Gate can be used to enhance the body, create weapons and tools, as well as complete otherwise impossible tasks, like controlling the chakra of another.

Clan members can communicate with each other or be located using the Clan Gate. When the chakra is released into the body, at the start of the technique, it washes out the old chakra in use, keeping the Clan member high in the stamina department. However, this can have a second effect; the cleansing of the minds chakra. In doing so, the Mea Clan member efficiently can remove himself from a Genjutsu.

    -Large Chakra Capacity
    -Two Chakra Networks, same number of Tenketsu as normal shinobi
    -Secondary Chakra Source, pooled between clan members, Obscene Amount
    -Diverse techniques
    -Extremely Malleable chakra
    -Immune to Most Genjutsu during the time the Bloodline is activated.

The Three Tiers
-----------------------------------------
The Three Tiers refer to the three possible techniques of mastery one gains from the Mea Clan. Once the gate has been fully open Matsuro grants a blessing to the ninja that has done the great deed. Normally, only one technique is learned but it is said by continuing to become stronger in the arts one could learn more than one. It is said that the Leader of the Clan must know at least 2 of these like the greatest leaders have, such as Ryoma, Ryoa and Ryo. It is also said that Ryo knows all three.

I'll approve this. But If I hear any complaining from the other members about abuse it'll go right out the window.

APPROVED 1/2

Any form of teleporting is seen as bending space and time, Space-Time jutsu and is not allowed due to the easy G-modding opportunities.

And what would be preventing it from being used during battle to maybe escape?

This is .Splice by the way . . .

We'll I can make it so that
It takes a person a full post
(Meaning Me, then another person, then me again)
For the gate to be opened wide enough
For a person to be allowed, this means
Standing in one spot concetrating solely on the gate.
No other form of chakra can exist outside of the users
Body, meaning clones etc. . ., while the user trys to open the gate.

(Is that fine)
