Description: The user must be still for this jutsu to be performed. For as long as the user plays the melody, he will stimulate the tenketsu of the desired targets and grant them a boost of chakra. This jutsu uses the same sound manipulating technique as Kyoumeisen jutsu so that only selected targets be affected.

Description: This technique is a variation of the Zankuuhaa. Like the Zankuuha, Ginji creates a large gust of air pressure from the vents in his arms. This technique is the ultimate version of the lesser technique, it creates a massive gust of wind capable of totally wiping out his target and the surrounding area.

Description: Kyoumeisen is a Ninjutsu technique which uses sound waves created by a sound wave amplifier to disrupt a persons inner ear. After the amplifier releases sound waves, Ginji can use his chakra to move the waves directly into the inner ear of his opponent. By disrupting the inner ear in this manner, the target loses their sense of balance and will likely vomit from nausea. If the opponent has tries to plug/block their ears from being affected it wont work, for the body is 70%water, a great conductor of sound.

Description: Ginji will hurl kunai tied with string. If they penetrate the skin of his opponent, chakra will run from his body into his opponent to paralyze them. Simple and effective, unless your opponent has chakra absorption skills/jutsus or something similar along the lines of chakra manipulation.

Description: By sending chakra into the Garian Blade it allows the user to change its form to that of 3 snake-like dragons, which will move based on the users will. This increases the range of the sword exponentially and, since each blade-dragon extension is capable of individual movement, a very powerful tool for both attacking and defending. Or both at the same time.

Then at his discretion, he can fire the senbon from the ground through the feet of his target to nail them in place and then fire the remaining senbon from the ground to cut his target to pieces.

These ghosts are basically chakra imbued with mental energy, they starve for physical energy and only have a desire to feed on the chakra of anyone close. If they manage to consume the chakra of someone close, it will limit her opponent's ability to create any more chakra of their own.

Description: This odorless powder is dispersed by an explosive note. Once in the air the toxin will be inhaled by the opponent. The gas will confuse the opponent's senses and slow down their reaction time. Even when the foe tries to dodge an attack, they will be unable to correctly maneuver to avoid it completely. This allows the user of the jutsu a higher chance to injure hir target.

Description: This is a jutsu created by Shizuna and used by the Shinteki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.
(I was going for what the Akatsuki have, if its your KKG this would be a technique that could be comparable.)

Name: Sekka no Ichigeki - Petrifaction Blow

Description: The user allows his chakra to flow into the gauntlet and awaken the stored Bijuu cursed chakra. After that, anything that he touches will turn into stone (it has to be a solid touch, not just a glancing pat). This stone form can be returned to normal if treated in time with ninjutsu healing. If the body remains in this stone form for too long though, it will become permanently damaged. The petrifaction gauntlet can also be used to manipulate other stone to some extent. The user can grab chunks of stone and then strike them with the gauntlet. While in the air the stone will then split into numerous sharp daggers. Extended usage of the gauntlet may cause the Bijuu chakra to flow back towards the user.
(i was going for the gauntlet from the 3 naruto movie...do u know a better way of explaining it?)

Name: Kyouka Shohou Chakra Chuunyuu - Enhancement Prescription Chakra Injection

Description: Shizune will inject the target with his chakra enhancing worm parasites. They will grant the target an extra chakra and elemental affinities that they normally would not be able to access. The person injected with these snakes can also force the snake out, and drink the chakra directly, vastly increasing their chakra and power, but results in their body being highly unstable. By unstable, it means that they are not able to take another injection. Over use of the chakra given by the inject will cause violent draw backs. By injecting them with an extra chakra element per se, Shizuna gains a certain amount of control over the victims of this jutsu


Name: Kage Kagami Shinten no Hou - Shadow Mirror Body Change Method

Description: One of the most fearful techniques of the Shinteki. The user will form a marker on the ground, then form the needed hand seals. They will then be enveloped by ribbon-like material which will change their shape. Once the user's shape changes, they are unable to return to normal. This jutsu thus allows them to permanently copy their target and their disguise cannot be seen through by any detection or doujutsu technique. The Shinteki use this jutsu to replace high government officials.
