Clans that have Bijuu elements are fine, as seen in the show it self several characters have shown this to be true. The difference between a clan which has the element and the Bijuu is that the bijuu upon upper level mastery of the tailed beast gains an additional potency and efficiency to the jutsus making them exceedingly more deadly while in there full released form.
